REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your order upon delivery is not frozen please email a time marked photo showing the problem to hello@homerhudson.com or your right to claim for a refund will be forfeited, please note the goods are not to be returned to our office.
PERISHABLE GOODS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines and in our case, ice cream, cannot be returned. We cannot accept partial returns and as all our products and/or hampers contain ice cream no returns or exchanges can be accepted.

Please email your application to hello@homerhudson.com with photo’s showing the damaged goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of application and whether the refund is granted for the entire delivery or part of the delivery whichever is relevant.
If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
If for any reason we request that the goods are returned to us in order for a refund to be assessed and approved you should courier your product to 9 Hale Street, Botany, NSW 2019. You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs which are non-refundable but will be added to your refund if it is approved. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
